James completely changed my perspective on real estate agents. I've never seen their value until working with James. That is because large realty companies serve their own interests before yours. The benefits of working with James are too long to list but the highlight of it all is he genuinely puts your interests above his. James saved us quite a bit of money in negotiating and has been nothing but supportive through the process of selling our house and buying another. My wife and I felt guilty about how much of James time we were consuming and time after time he reassured us that it's part of the process and we are not bothering him at all. Skip the large companies that want you in and out of a house as fast as possible so they can line their pockets quicker and go with James so that you don't rush into a house you regret. I genuinely cannot put a price tag on how valuable James was for us. Thanks James!!!!
